BioMolecular Universe (BMU) is a freely available biomolecular explorer of which useful functions include biochemical databases integration with own unique identifier (BMU number), biochemical clustering using MCL clustring, investigating biomolecular space with chemoinformatics tools. These functions improves our understanding fundamental mechanism for biochemicals and provides useful tools for designing novel molecules in the synthetic and systems biology.
