We built a complete Biochemical Metabolic Network (BMN). The BMN is a directed network, where each node represents matabolite or reaction ID (Rhea ID) and each edge represents a chemical reaction. All nodes and edges are expressed as a table.To handle this type of data, you can use various network analysis program such as networkX (python), cytoscape or R.
All iPNN data are distributed with CSV format
